You can print a screenshot. This gives output that looks identical to the screen. I prefer OOo way of showing deletions and changes to that in Word, so for me this is preferable. However, it is a bit of a hassle to have to do this for each page. An option to print markup as is Word would be preferable.
I run Wordview.exe in Win4LinPro which is a WinXP (etc) emulator which is very easy to use. So I use this for printing markup as well. It is very easy to use.

well, duh. It's ridiculous logistic problems (with obvious solutions) like this that remind me again that it's a professional organization for philosophers, not engineers.

And concerned that a student might not have a computer? Probably more likely one won't have sight or hearing. Treat it like any other rare disability.

Thanks John!

LOOKUP is actually simpler. I wasn't aware of that function. I was thinking about the VLOOKUP, that references a separate table in the spreadsheet.

I don't think a LOOKUP function is any more difficult than nested IFs.

=LOOKUP(A1,{0,"F";59.5,"D-";62.5,"D";66.5,"D+";69.5,"C-";72.5,"C";76.5,"C+";79.5,"B-";82.5,"B";86.5,"B+";89.5,"A-";93.5,"A"})

But, you say tomato....
